What’s Included:
WHAT CAN I ASK FOR SUPPORT?
In short, just about anything regarding your website’s original design and content. We can help create and layout new pages or edit/add content to existing pages. We can write custom code (Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Javascript based on your needs. You can ask for help with third-party integrations like mailing list services, eCommerce services, and online donation services.
We work with you to determine how many hours of support you may need on a monthly basis and develop a supporting statement of work that fits your needs.
HOW DO I REQUEST SUPPORT?
Our support techs are available Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm Mountain Time via E-mail ([email protected]).
SUPPORT CANCELLATION
You can cancel your support by emailing us at [email protected]. We do not provide refunds of monthly support fees that have already been charged.
What’s not Included:
At Big Shifter, we try to do everything possible to suit the support needs of our clients. However, there are limitations. We feel that most support issues can be handled in a short amount of time. However, there may be requests that take longer to accommodate. Those requests will need to be packaged up into a separate effort and an estimate will be proposed that our client can approve and pay for before the work commencing. Big Shifter reserves the right to determine which efforts require additional hours beyond the included support effort.
