Tomahawk Pipeline Construction was in a pickle. Their old website was not available to them, and they could not get a hold of their old design firm. In time, they were able to get their domain name transferred to them, but they were out of luck with their website and had to start over.

APPROACH

Because the old website was lost, Big Shifter started fresh with Tomahawk Pipeline staff. After a few meetings, it was determined that the site needed to be informational, conservative in its approach, and nothing flashy.

SOLUTION

Big Shifter set up a Squarespace website solution and implemented a design that reflected the desired requirements of the company. Through several meetings, Tomahawk Pipeline staff gave input and feedback to Big Shifter concerning their desired changes. Once those requirements were in place, the site was ready to launch.

Truthfully, if anyone has the right to be frustrated it is the Big Shifter team. We had lots of delays due to personal issues, but Erik was incredibly understanding and patient with us throughout the entire process. I can not imagine things going as smoothly had we worked with someone else.
