CHALLENGE

CCYC, a childcare nonprofit out of Goshen Indiana approached Big Shifter with a need to refresh their aging website. They needed a fresh approach to their website and a CMS that would allow them to create and maintain a new website that was based on current design standards.

APPROACH

We met with the CCYC team during our Discovery meeting and documented everything that they wanted with their new site. We spoke about logos, colors, branding, and website functionality. Once the estimated work was agreed upon, we kicked the meeting off with a meeting between Big Shifter and CCYC. We confirmed the scope of work, asked additional questions, and let them know about the next step in the process.

SOLUTION

We implemented Big Shifter’s Standard Website Package for CCYC which included a content authoring, branding, integrating a third party donation platform and content management training. The site is hosted with Squarespace.com and the third party donation solution is Givelively.com.

The CCYC team was updated using periodic status reports, E-mail and phone conversations. Using a collaborative approach, the site was completed on time and within budget.
